PG lab

The PG lab- I is a postgraduate laboratory mainly for M. Sc. (students of inorganic chemistry specialization). This lab is equipped with Refrigerator, Vacuum Rotary Evaporator, High Vacuum pump, Centrifuge, Autoclave, Hot air oven. Besides, this synthetic lab has adequate chemicals / glass wares assemblies for use of postgraduate students. In addition to PG students this lab is also used by Research Scholar for synthesising the compounds

The PG lab–II is a postgraduate laboratory mainly for the students of M.Sc. Organic chemistry specialization. This synthetic lab has adequate chemicals / glass wares assemblies for use of postgraduate students/research scholars. This lab is also equipped with Refrigerator, Vacuum Rotary Evaporator, High Vacuum pump, Centrifuge machine, Melting point apparatus, Hot air oven.

The PG lab –III is a postgraduate laboratory mainly for the students of M. Sc. physical specialization. This lab is also equipped with equipments like pH meter, conductivity meter, polarimeter, electronic balance etc.

The instrumentation lab has a wide variety of modern instruments for chemical characterization of compounds i.e. UV-Vis spectrophotometer (Perkin-Elmer lamda 35), FT-IR spectrophotometer (Shimadzu 2600), TGA/ DSC with connected with PC.
