The Department of Agricultural Engineering organised an educational programme to demonstrate small tools and mechanised equipment suited for hill farming on 13th October, 2025. The event aimed to increase awareness among agriculture students about mechanisation’s role in enhancing productivity and livelihoods in Arunachal Pradesh. Twenty-three B.Sc. Agriculture students from Rajiv Gandhi University participated, gaining valuable practical experience with advanced farm machinery from Prof. T. Patel and Dr. Anubhab Pal.
