

Mr. Pankaj Kanti Nath earned his B. Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NERIST. He belongs to the batch of 1990.
Contribution to the Success of Chandrayaan-3 Mission
Microwave Sensors Systems and Integration Group, led by him played a key role in the success of the Chandrayan-3 Mission through system design, configuration and testing of Radio Altimeter, which was used during landing of the spacecraft on the moon.
His experience in working with configuration and realization of S-SAR payload in NISAR mission, a joint venture of ISRO and NASA has gone into his contribution to the success of Chandrayan 3 mission. He was the lead Integration engineer of the team which developed India’s first spaceborne Phased Array based Synthetic Aperture Radar payload onboard RISAT-1 mission.
