Mechanical Association of NERIST (MAN), jointly officiated by faculty, staff and students of the department, provides a platform to resolve academic issues solely related to the departments. MAN also organizes lecture series, mock interviews, technical competitions etc. for the students of NERIST in general and students of mechanical engineering department in particular. Students of the department take active role in organizing and participating in various academic, cultural and sports activities at the Institute level such as RACAF, SHRISHTI etc. Students are also encouraged to participate in technical events organized by various other Institutions of India.
